MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT Please read the following agreement carefully before registering as a member of our website. 1. Fsz. 2. ajtó, Budapest / Hungary Postal Code: 1111 b) The internet user who becomes a member of www.dermotherapy.com (“Member”). 2. Subject of the Agreement The subject of this Membership Agreement is to determine the terms and conditions under which the Member may benefit from the website www.dermotherapy.com operated by Dermo Therapy Kozmetik Medikal Sağlık Ürünleri ve Gıda San. A.Ş. and DERMO THERAPY KOZMETIK Kft. 3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties 3.1. The Member declares and undertakes that all personal and other information provided while registering on www.dermotherapy.com is accurate and lawful, and agrees to compensate any and all damages that Dermo Therapy Kozmetik Medikal Sağlık Ürünleri ve Gıda San. A.Ş. and/or DERMO THERAPY KOZMETIK Kft. may incur due to the inaccuracy of such information. 3.2. The Member may not share the password provided to them with any third parties or institutions. The right to use this password belongs solely to the Member. The Member shall be solely responsible for any consequences arising from unauthorized use. Dermo Therapy Kozmetik Medikal Sağlık Ürünleri ve Gıda San. A.Ş. and/or DERMO THERAPY KOZMETIK Kft. reserve the right to claim compensation for any unauthorized use. 3.3. The Member accepts and undertakes to comply with all legal regulations while using www.dermotherapy.com . Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities shall rest solely with the Member. 3.4. The Member may not use www.dermotherapy.com in any manner that violates public order, general morality, or the rights of others; for illegal purposes; or in a way that infringes intellectual property rights. The Member may not engage in activities that block or hinder the use of services by others (such as spam, viruses, Trojan horses, etc.). 3.5. Opinions, comments, and content posted by Members on the website reflect solely their own views and bind only the Member. Dermo Therapy Kozmetik Medikal Sağlık Ürünleri ve Gıda San. A.Ş. and DERMO THERAPY KOZMETIK Kft. shall not be held liable for any damages arising from such content. 3.6. Dermo Therapy Kozmetik Medikal Sağlık Ürünleri ve Gıda San. A.Ş. and DERMO THERAPY KOZMETIK Kft. shall not be responsible for unauthorized access to Member data or any damages that may arise in connection with Member software or data. The Member accepts in advance that they will not claim compensation for any potential damages resulting from the use of the website. 3.7. The Member agrees not to access or use other users’ software and data without permission. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liability rests with the Member. 3.8. A Member who violates any article of this Membership Agreement shall be personally liable for all legal and criminal consequences and shall hold Dermo Therapy Kozmetik Medikal Sağlık Ürünleri ve Gıda San. A.Ş. and DERMO THERAPY KOZMETIK Kft. harmless from any related claims. The company reserves the right to seek compensation. 3.9. Dermo Therapy Kozmetik Medikal Sağlık Ürünleri ve Gıda San. A.Ş. and/or DERMO THERAPY KOZMETIK Kft. reserve the right to delete the Member’s account and all related files and data at any time without prior notice. The Member accepts this in advance. 3.10. The software and design of www.dermotherapy.com are owned by Dermo Therapy Kozmetik Medikal Sağlık Ürünleri ve Gıda San. A.Ş. and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be used, copied, acquired, or modified without permission. 3.11. For purposes of improvement, development, and to comply with legal obligations, certain data such as the Member’s IP address, access times, accessed pages, and referring website information may be collected. 3.12. Dermo Therapy Kozmetik Medikal Sağlık Ürünleri ve Gıda San. A.Ş. and DERMO THERAPY KOZMETIK Kft. may disclose Member information when legally required, or in good faith when necessary to protect company rights or comply with legal processes. 3.13. Although www.dermotherapy.com is protected against viruses and similar malicious software, the Member must obtain their own antivirus software and ensure necessary protection. The Member accepts full responsibility for any potential damages. 3.14. The company reserves the right to change the website content, modify or terminate services, or delete registered user data at any time. 3.15. This Membership Agreement may be amended, updated, or canceled at any time without prior notification. All changes become effective on the date of publication. 3.16. The Parties accept that all computer records belonging to the company shall be the sole valid evidence under the Civil Procedure Code, Article 287. 3.17. By approving this Membership Agreement, the Member consents to receiving informational emails and SMS notifications. 4. Termination of the Agreement This agreement remains in force until the Member cancels their membership or the company terminates the membership. The company may unilaterally terminate the membership if the Member violates any provision of this Agreement. 5. Settlement of Disputes In any disputes arising from this Agreement, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction. 6. Enforcement The Member’s registration constitutes acceptance of all provisions of this Membership Agreement. This Agreement enters into force upon the Member's registration.
